This business was the best home inspection service I've ever worked with. I've bought and sold at least 10 homes in my lifetime and these guys were in another class. So friendly, thorough, and professional! After the inspection, Tod took us on a tour and showed us everything he found. He explained everything in detail and was as much a teacher to us as an inspector. I thought I knew a lot already, but Tod explained how some codes had changed in recent years and how that affects different items. He had no problem spending as much time as we wanted and was again, so nice and friendly. I'd give them 10 stars if I could and highly recommend them to everyone.

Tod was super professional, very personable, and very detailed. He was such a pleasure to work with! Since this is our first home and new build he showed me where everything is at and some normal maintenance I should look out for since I am a first time buyer. He explained everything to me and showed me where everything was at! Unreal how fast he got the report over and the amazing detail throughout the report made me feel confident with my new purchase! Definitely recommend and will use whenever I need! Amazing experience.

Alpine Inspections was great. I called them up for our 11-month inspection on a new-build home. The lady who took my call was very courteous and responsive--this is not as common as it used to be. My inspector, Brandon, showed up on time. He was so personable and easy to work with. He took the time to show me some of the issues he found, and he broke down the construction jargon in a way that was easy for me to understand. Additionally, the price was very competitive. I don't write a lot of reviews, generally, but this company deserves every bit of the 5 stars I'd give it.

Our realtor suggested this company and we were lucky to have Brandon Lavender. He was very thorough in his inspection even though we were not able to be there. Amongst the pictures and explanation for each one, we were very pleased at all the little details looked at before we purchased our first home. This is a scary process for a first time home buyer so I appreciated the trust that Alpine Inspections built with me.

Alpine Inspections performed our 1-year warranty inspection, which was an excellent experience, start to finish. Online scheduling was quick and user friendly. Our inspector, Tod, was professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. He solicited our input prior to starting the inspection and thoroughly explained his inspection findings. We received the final inspection report the same day of the inspection. Our expectations were met and exceeded.

Tod went above and beyond to get my pre-pour inspection done on our new build. The builder kept pushing the inspection due to weather and other items, but Tod remained flexible and completed the inspection on short notice after business hours. Couldn't be more pleased with the service Tod provided.

Very thorough and very timely. I received my report the day the inspection was done and found things in there that were not noticed during my initial walk through myself. They also will work with you under special circumstances which is great to know someone that truly cares is doing your inspection of your home. I would highly recommend using them over anyone else.

I would highly recommend Alpine Inspections for a new or existing home inspection. They gave very detailed explanations of issues that needed attention and furnished photos, also very prompt in scheduling inspection dates and times. Can't go wrong with Alpine Inspections.
