Alpine Inspections will provide you with a comprehensive, professional, unbiased, and easy-to-read inspection report on the condition of the property.  The report is computer generated and will be emailed or mailed to you within a 24-period, and typically the same day.

The average home inspection takes three to four hours to complete depending on the size, age, and condition of the property.  Larger and older homes can take even longer to inspect.

We recommend that you be present for a walk-through at the end of the home inspection to have a better understanding of the findings.

Once the home inspection is complete and you have your report of the findings and condition of the home you are considering purchasing, please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns that you may have.  We work for you, as our client, and welcome the opportunity to further explain or go over the inspection report with you if needed.
