Alpine Inspections will provide you with a comprehensive, professional, unbiased, and easy-to-read report on the condition of the property. The report is computer generated and will be emailed, mailed, or hand delivered to you within a 24-period, typically same day.
The average home inspection takes three to four hours to complete depending on the size, age, and condition of the property. Larger and older homes can take even longer to inspect.
We recommend that you be present for a walk-through at the end of the inspection to have a better understanding of the findings.
Once the inspection is complete and you have your report of the findings and condition of the home you are considering purchasing, please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns that you may have. I work for you, as my client, and welcome the opportunity to further explain or go over the report with you if needed. |
