Most newly built homes come with a one-year builder’s warranty for those homeowners who are living in a newly constructed home. When it’s time, Alpine Inspections, Inc. based in Azle, TX, will come out to your property during the 10th or 11th month of your one-Year Builder’s Warranty and perform a full assessment of your new home before the builder’s warranty expires.

Most people assume that municipal inspectors spend a great deal of time inspecting newly constructed buildings. The truth is, a 15 to 20-minute walk-through is never enough.
